Carol Dulis has a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology from Arizona State University. Carol's primary goal is to ensure that her clients understand what their insurance coverages mean to them. For example, many clients who go with lower tier insurance companies do not understand that they may not have 'drive the other car' coverage. Businesses may not realize that tools in a work vehicle are not covered under their personal property or that they need non-owned auto coverage if they ever send an employee on an errand during the day. One local restaurant lost their business because they did not have this coverage, yet it can cost less than $10/mth. Carol is the type of agent who reads the policy details, the laws in Arizona and she consults with attorneys to become familiar with case law and the court process.

She specializes in life insurance for individuals, partners and buy-sell agreements. She is also well versed in Workers Comp and business insurance.
